Doug Baldwin left Thursday game with an ankle injury and won't return.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin left Thursday's game against the 49ers during the second quarter with a left ankle injury. Baldwin won't return in the second half, per Danny O'Neil of the Seattle Times.

Baldwin, who has dealt with injuries since the start of training camp, left the game during the second quarter. He was active early for Seattle, catching two passes for 15 yards. Ben Obomanu replaced Baldwin in the lineup and caught a 36-yard pass.

Baldwin missed a considerable portion of training camp with a hamstring injury. He was inactive during Seattle's Week 3 game with a shoulder injury. If Baldwin is unable to come back in the second half, it could be a big blow for the Seahawks offense. He has started to develop some chemistry with quarterback Russell Wilson in recent weeks.

After catching 51 passes for 788 yards as a rookie last season, Badwin has 11 catches for 149 yards and a touchdown this season.
