The Seattle Seahawks are having rotten luck on their offensive line these days. Just when it looks like the team is ready to turn the corner, another player goes down. Just their luck.
This time it's probably the best remaining player left on their front line. Sports Radio KJR reports.
That makes three injuries to the Seahawks starting unit in a few weeks, as both John Moffitt and James Carpenter have both gone down with knee injuries. How Marshawn Lynch keeps on running and rolling through this will be a big test to Seattle's end-of-season run, as they're running short on the power needed to keep the run game going. The good news is that Gibson is well-tested as a member of the Seahawks offensive line rotation, so there shouldn't hopefully be a significant dropoff in this team's performance.
Although I kind of fear for Pete Carroll now. This is apparently what Okung said right after his injury to his boss.
Coach Carroll probably should hide under his desk now.
