The Seattle Seahawks have lost wide reciever Kris Durham for the season. John P. Boyle reports that Durham's injury involves his labrum.
Durham wasn't doing much this season (compiling three catches for 30 yards this season), so his loss won't be huge in the long run, but it does add another player to the long list of Seahawks who won't be here.
With Durham done for the season, the Seahawks have an open spot on their roster. So they can turn to wide receiver Deon Butler to try and get Seattle's offense going. Butler was activated from the physically unable to perform list and looks to try and give Seattle a speed option on the outside who can try and get offense going. If Butler can give Tarvaris Jackson a nice deep weapon, it might open up more opportunities for the offense on the inside. One can only hope this move will have some significant impact.
