Seattle Seahawks Inactive List

There's no surprises on the Seahawks inactive list this morning, and quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is ready to go with a broken left wrist. Colin Cole and Golden Tate will miss another game as they are both inactive for today's game against the Saints. Michael Robinson is also still out with a leg injury.

ESPN NFC West blogger Mike Sando tweeted the list.

JP Losman, signed as a third quarterback, is also inactive, but may be the emergency QB. All told, however, the Seahawks are in much better shape on the injury front than they've been over the last few weeks. Left tackle Russell Okung is finally healthy again and should start this afternoon.

The Seahawks battle the Saints today at 1:15 p.m. on Fox.

Reggie Bush Inactive For New Orleans Saints

It appeared New Orleans running back Reggie Bush was well on the way to making a return to action this week after breaking his fibula in week two. That return will have to wait one more week, at least, as Bush is on the inactive list this week. Joining him is fellow running back Pierre Thomas, leaving the running duties to former Seattle Seahawk Julius Jones.

ESPN NFC West blogger Mike Sando tweeted the inactive list this morning.

The Saints were waiting for Bush to go through warm-ups in the Super Dome today to see how he'd respond. Reports from New Orleans said he was moving fine, cutting and running with ease while getting loose ahead of today's game. Whatever the reason may be, the Saints are taking it slow with his recovery, opting to hold him out until at least next week.

Jeremy Shockey joins Thomas and Bush on the inactive list. In his place, Jimmy Graham will start at tight end for New Orleans.

NFL Injuries, Week 11: Seattle Seahawks Friday Injury Report

The Seahawks held a light practice this morning before boarding a plane and heading to New Orleans for this Sunday’s match-up against the Saints. Again this week, the Seahawks injury report is lengthy, with plenty of players either ruled out or listed as doubtful just two days before the game. On the bright side, Russell Okung practiced fully today and will start on Sunday against the Saints.

Three Seahawks were ruled out today. Colin Cole will miss another game while continuing to recover from an ankle injury, leaving the defensive line thin yet again this week. Mike Gibson and Anthony McCoy are also out dealing with knee and ankle injuries.

Michael Robinson, Brandon Stokley and Golden Tate are all listed as doubtful this week. Tate sprained an ankle against the Oakland Raiders and has been unable to recover since. Stokley is still dealing with a nagging calf injury.

Matt Hasselbeck, Russell Okung, Lofa Tatupu and Earl Thomas are all listed as probable. Thomas was excused from practice today for family reasons and should be available in New Orleans. Hasselbeck has been working with the team in practice all week and shouldn’t be limited by his broken left wrist on Sunday. It is, however, in a cast.

The Seahawks and Saints take the field this Sunday at 1:05 p.m. on Fox.
