The Mariners are heading to Arlington for a three-game series. Can they cause trouble for the first-place Rangers?

The Seattle Mariners have won far more series than they have lost in the second half. This weekend, they'll try to make a small statement as they visit the first-place Texas Rangers for a three-game series. The M's are coming off a series win over the Toronto Blue Jays and may have a chance to play a small bit of a spoiler over the next couple of weeks.

TV Schedule & Probable Pitchers

Friday's game will begin at 5:05 p.m. PT and will be televised on ROOT Sports. You can catch the radio broadcast on ESPN 710. Hisashi Iwakuma looks to continue his solid string of starts as both he and the Mariners begin thinking about whether he will return in 2013. His opponent will be Yu Darvish, who has cooled off in the second half but is still 14-9 with a 4.14 ERA.

Saturday's first pitch will be at 5:05 p.m. PT and the game will be televised on ROOT Sports. You can catch the radio broadcast on ESPN 710. Jason Vargas will be trying to pick up his 15th win of the season as he faces Scott Feldman, who enters the game with a 6-11 record and 4.97 ERA.

Sunday's finale will get started at 12:05 p.m. PT and will be televised on ROOT Sports. You can catch the radio broadcast on ESPN 710. Blake Beavan will attempt to secure his 10th win as he takes the mound for the Mariners. The Rangers will counter with All-Star Matt Harrison, who is currently 16-9 with a 3.36 ERA.
