Tim Tebow was waiting outside the door as the Denver Broncos opened their facilities this morning, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. It's not unexpected at all -- Tebow is vying for a starting job and is always willing to put his best foot forward. For some, his personality is endearing. For others ... not so much.
