The Seattle Seahawks and the Washington Redskins clash in an NFC wild card playoff matchup.
The Seattle Seahawks take on the Washington Redskins in the first round of the 2012-13 NFL Playoffs. Seattle is the fifth seed in the NFC, finishing second in the West division behind the San Francisco 49ers. The Seahawks finished the season off on the right track by winning their final five games, including a close win at Chicago and a rout of San Francisco. The Seahawks have been one of the most complete teams in the country going down the stretch and figure to be a tough out for whoever they face.
On the other side stand the Washington Redskins, who have also come in scorching hot. After a slow start to the season to begin the year at 3-6, Washington went on to win their final seven games and capture the NFC East. This game will feature a battle of rookie quarterbacks in Robert Griffin III and Russell Wilson, both of whom have utilized their arms and legs to earn playoff berths.
Seattle is currently narrow field goal favorites on the road. Their game takes place at 1:30 p.m. PT, 4:30 p.m. ET on FOX.
