2012 British Open Leaderboard: Tiger Woods In Third Place After Two Rounds

Stay connected for news and updates

Tiger Woods is looking to claim his elusive 15th major championship this weekend at the British Open, and he's off to a very good start through two rounds. Woods sits in third place after shooting a -3 (67 strokes) in the second round, trailing leader Brandt Snedeker (-10) by four shots. Adam Scott, who is at -9 after 36 holes, is the only man separating Woods and Snedeker.

Tiger birdied holes four, six, 16 and 18. He bogeyed No. 11, which was a par five.

As for the rest of the field, Masters winner Bubba Watson is at an even par for the tournament. He shot a +3 on Friday. Rory McIlroy is +2 through two rounds. Phil Mickelson missed the cut after two very rough days on the course, finishing at +11.
