Gonzaga Bulldogs preseason: Elias Harris, Kevin Pangos in CBS Sports top 100 players

Charles Leclaire-US PRESSWIRE

Two Bulldogs, senior Elias Harris and sophomore Kevin Pangos, were named to CBS Sports Top 100 Players list.

A pair of Gonzaga Bulldogs cracked CBS Sports Top 100 Players list, as compiled by the CBSSports.com college basketball staff. Senior forward Elias Harris nabbed the No. 37 spot on this year's list and sophomore point guard Kevin Pangos landed at No. 92.

The 6'8 Harris averaged 13.1 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.8 blocks in 29.1 minutes per game for the Bulldogs during the 2011-12 season. The senior has regressed a bit since his stellar freshman campaign in which he averaged 14.9 points and 7.1 rebounds for Gonzaga.

Pangos, a 6'2 threat from long range, averaged 13.6 points, 2.7 rebounds and 3.4 assists while shooting 40-percent from three-point range during his freshman season for the Bulldogs.

No. 21 Gonzaga, who won both the West Coast Conference tournament and the regular season championship in 2011-12, is considered a virtual lock to win the conference this year. It would be their 12th consecutive regular season conference championship.
