The Eastern Washington Eagles get set to face Wagner in the second round this Saturday at home in Cheney.
Second-seeded Eastern Washington will play Wagner at home Saturday at 3 p.m. PT in the second round of the FCS football tournament.
Wagner beat Colgate 31-20 to earn the right to face EWU. The Eagles, meanwhile, received a first-round bye after a 9-2 regular season.
The winner of that game will face the winner of Appalachian State and Illinois State.
Elsewhere, North Dakota State is the No. 1 seed and will face South Dakota State at 4 p.m. PT. The winner will face either Wofford or New Hampshire, who play at 2 p.m.
Third-ranked Montana State faces Stony Brook in the second round, with the winner to take on either Sam Houston State or Cal Poly. On the other side, fifth-ranked Georgia Southern plays Central Arkansas and fourth-ranked Old Dominion battles Coastal Carolina.
