Seattle Seahawks cornerback and special teams contributor Byron Maxwell sat out of Thursday's practice with a hamstring injury, according to the team's official injury report.
Maxwell was the only Seattle player to completely miss Thursday's practice, and his status for Monday's game against the Green Bay Packers is murky at best. The 6'1, 207-pound cornerback's injury was originally reported as a third-degree strain, but the Seahawks have since signed another defensive back -- former New Orleans Saint and Baltimore Raven Danny Gorrer -- leading to the assumption that Maxwell may miss an extended period of time.
