Lynch has been dealing with back spasms all season, often times leading to him being a limited participant in practice, but he has yet to miss a game for the Seahawks. In Seattle's two outings this year, Lynch has carried the ball 47 times and recorded 207 rushing yards and one touchdown. The 5'11, 215-pound back has also lost one fumble.
Taking limited repetitions during Thursday's practice was likely precautionary, and Lynch should still be expected to see the field Monday when the Seahawks face the Green Bay Packers. His participation in Friday's practice will be much more telling.
