Team USA's swimmers continued their success on Saturday, picking up a gold medal in the men's 4x100m medley relay. The race was likely the last of Michael Phelps' career, and the decorated Olympian finishes with 22 medals won, 18 of them gold. The American squad finished in 3:29.35, almost two seconds ahead of Japan, who finished with a time of 3:31.26. Australia had a time of 3:31.58, good for the final spot on the podium and the bronze medal.

Matt Grevers, Nathan Adrian and Brendal Hansen were the other men on the relay team. It's the third medal of the games for both Grevers an Adrian, and the second for Hansen. For all four men it was their final event of the 2012 Games, and they're free to appreciate the rest of the events as spectators.
