Seattle Mariners vs Oakland A's Live-Blog: Jason Vargas Stumbles, Is Removed for Steve Delabar, Which Is Apparently A Thing

It's possible that Jason Vargas is pitching with a five-run lead for the first time in three years. He appears uncomfortable with it. A leadoff single is followed up by Vargas air-mailing a come-backer into center field. As it sits, the Mariners are up 7-2 with one out in the bottom of the sixth, but the game is a lot less settling for M's fans than it was seven minutes ago. He is promptly replaced with someone named Steve Delabar.

In other news, ROOT Sports is still terrible at in-game score updates.
