The Seahawks selected DT Jaye Howard with the 19th pick of the 4th round.

With the 19th pick of the 4th round in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks have selected Jaye Howard, a defensive tackle from University of Florida. Howard started every game for Florida last year and finished tied for second on the team with 10.0 tackles for loss. He ran the 40 yards in 4.82 seconds and has a great first step which allows him to blast through seams in the line pretty quickly.

Here is more on Jaye Howard from Sports Illustrated.

Explosive interior lineman with the ability to make plays in every direction of the field. Fires off the snap with a terrific first step, breaks down well and stays on his feet. Tough to move off the point, keeps his feet moving up the field and flashes power in his lower body

The Seahawks' next pick is the 19th selection of the 5th round, 154 overall. Head over to NFL.com to track every pick as the Draft moves on.
