In the end, the Beavers lost 72-61 to Arizona in the tournament semi-finals.
For Oregon State, the leading scorer was Robert Nelson, who came off the bench for 19 points. Devin Collier added 15 points and eight rebounds, while Jared Cunningham added 14.
Arizona's Kyle Fogg came alive in the second half, scoring 17 of his 22 points after halftime. Jesse Perry came off the bench for 16 points and 11 boards. Solomon Hill was the only other Wildcat in double figures with 12.
The Beavers now end their season. They were 19-13 in the regular season, going 7-11 in the conference. As the number nine seed, they upset the regular season conference champion Washington Huskies before falling to Arizona Friday night.
