New Mexico Vs. Louisville Score Update: Cardinals Lead 26-25 At Halftime

The third round of the 2012 NCAA Tournament continues on Saturday night in Portland. The No. 4 seed Louisville Cardinals are taking on the No. 5 seed New Mexico Lobos at the Rose Garden in the Round of 32. Both teams are attempting to silence their critics and advance to the prestigious fourth round of the tournament: the Sweet Sixteen. At halftime, the Cardinals lead, 26-25.

The Lobos jumped out to an early lead, but Louisville fought back and was able to tie things up midway through the first half. The teams traded leads throughout the remainder of the half, with Louisville pulling ahead by three points. A score by the Lobos just before the buzzer cut the lead to just one. This game is far from over.
