NCAA Bracket 2012: Full West Region Bracket Set
The West Region is now officially set, with the Michigan State Spartans grabbing the top seed. They draw No. 16 Long Island in the first round. Locking in at the No. 2 seed is Missouri, and Marquette grabbed the third-seed.
