Jackson High standout Brett Kingma has narrowed his list to three schools, dropping the Washington Huskies from his list.
Mason Kelley reported Kingma's list on Twitter.
Jackson guard Brett Kingma narrows list to Oregon, BYU and Arizona State.
In Oregon, BYU and Arizona, Kingma has two Pac-10 schools and a program in BYU that's risen to national prominence. With any of three, Kingma will still have a chance to play near home, either down the road in Oregon, during the Pac-10 slate at ASU or in Spokane when BYU joins the WCC.
After Washington received a verbal from Andrew Andrews, it appears playing time may have been limited for Kingma. Washington still has guards Jabari Brown and Tony Wroten Jr. on the table as NCAA recruitment ramps up, as well.
Perhaps dropping Washington was in the best interests of Kinga.
