Report: Shawn Kelley Has 'Partial' Tommy John Surgery

Report: Shawn Kelley Has 'Partial' Tommy John Surgery

Back in August, the decision was made for Seattle Mariners right handed pitcher Shawn Kelley to undergo elbow surgery.

Today, word comes down from the Everett Herald's Kirby Arnold that Kelley's surgery was a success and that he is expected to begin his rehabilitation process this week.
